- If sufficient entries are not received, the submission deadline will be extended to the following month to allow opportunity for more artist contributions. Cash prizes will only be given out after enough entries have been received. In case of limited submissions in any category, Merit Prize for that category will be considered in combination with other categories. Artworks from all prizewinning artists will be showcased in our gallery and subsequently archived to be viewed online in the collection of past exhibitions.
- We often find artists submitting only their best artwork with a request to view the rest of their works on a website or an Instagram page. Please note that while we appreciate the gesture and understand the artist’s constraints, monetary or otherwise, only works that are actually submitted will be considered for the competition. If you’d like us to consider an artwork, please make sure that you submit it.
